1. Who the Site Is For

The Site is intended for individuals who want to learn about independent contractor opportunities and/or submit an application or join a waitlist to be considered for remote contact center work.

2. Not an Offer of Employment

Using the Site or submitting an application does not create an employment relationship. CWS works with independent contractors (1099) when opportunities are available and when eligibility and program requirements are met.

3. Eligibility and Screening

You represent that the information you submit is accurate and complete. CWS may screen applicants based on eligibility criteria, including (as applicable):

• Location/state eligibility
• Minimum availability and scheduling requirements
• Equipment and internet requirements
• Background check readiness (where required)
• Program-specific requirements

CWS may accept applications from non-eligible states for waitlist purposes.

4. Application Submissions and Communications

By submitting information through the Site, you authorize CWS to contact you using the email address and/or phone number you provide, including by call, text message, or email, for recruiting and onboarding-related purposes.

5. No Guarantee of Placement

CWS does not guarantee that you will be contacted, that you will be offered a contract, or that any specific program, schedule, pay rate, or start date will be available.

6. Confidentiality and Program Information

CWS may limit or withhold client/program details until later stages of screening and/or after execution of confidentiality or other required agreements.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or systems
• Interfere with Site operation (including by introducing malware)
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and layout) are owned by CWS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site may rely on third-party tools (for example, form, analytics, hosting, or communication providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers
